Delivery & Returns

We strive to process all orders within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive a notification when your order has shipped.

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We offer free local delivery for orders over £25 within the UK. Deliveries are made from 9:00 am on Monday to Friday. We’ll notify you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to let you know when we’ll arrive.

Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
Returns:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your item, we accept returns within 14 days after delivery. The item must be unused and in its original condition, and you’ll receive a refund for the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@Azrahstore.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We’ll address these issues on a case-by-case basis.

To return an item, it must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive the returned item, we’ll inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we’ll initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The credit will appear on your account within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

You’ll be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
